Beautiful three bedrooms property of contemporary style, with beautiful sea views, located in Benissa, on a residential area with sea views, on a very quiet and silent street.The closest beach is Cala Baladrar at 3.4 km distance. In Benissa city, if you arrive by car, you can find lots of supermarkets (there is also an Iceland).The area is surrounded of wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy the appreciated Spanish gastronomy. From Villa Alosa, you can get around the cities of Calpe and Moraira in few minutes.
The property has two floors, entering the house, there are stairs to go down the lower floor where we find: on the left a bathroom (with wc and washbasin), dining room with 6 seats, an on the right there is a living room with two sofas and one armchair, on the same floor there is a modern kitchen with granite countertop, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, pots and pans, dinnerware set, etc.) in the kitchen there is a door with a small storage room with washing machine, dryer machine and clothes horse.
There are heaters all over the floor and in the living room there is also a wood stove.
In the whole floor there are large windows and glass doors, from the dining room you can see the pool, and from the living room, you can see the terrace with mountain and sea views.
Going up to the first floor, we find: on the first door on the left hand side there is a complete bathroom with washbasin, wc, bathroom, an independent glazed shower and tower rail. Opposite the bathroom there is the first bedroom with two single beds, two nightstands and wardrobe with a window with pool views, next there is another bedroom with double bed and nightstands and at the end of the small corridor is the main bedroom with a double bed (with two single mattresses), nightstands, wardrobe, this sunny room is surrounded by large windows with incredible sea views. In all the rooms there are air conditioning units and heaters.
Regarding the outside of the house, you can access to the terrace and pool, either from the living and dining room, or, you can access through a small black iron door next to the main entrance. The access through the living room brings you to a large terrace fully equipped with a lot of exterior armchairs facing the sea and the mountain views. To access to the pool (not heated), you need to go down the stairs and next to the stairs there is another fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, dinnerware set, etc..There is a portable folding table that can be open inside our outside and very important! There is also a portable barbecue.
Finally, the property has a very nice swimming pool, with construction stairs, shower, and impressive views of the mountain and sea.
For your tranquility and safety, all the windows have grilles and the glass doors also have a second grilled door. The house also has a parking for two cars capacity and there is a lot of parking space on the street.
